Mainly, it is predicted that heavy rain may occur in Vidarbha during these two days. Yellow alert has been given to the districts of Vidarbha.

According to the forecast issued by India Meteorological Department, yellow alert has been issued for Amravati, Wardha, Nagpur, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur and Gadchiroli districts. It was predicted that heavy rain may occur at isolated places in these districts.

Talasari, Vikramgad, Jawahar, Wada, Palghar, Vasai and Mokhada of Palghar district received rain during the day in the state. It rained today in Ulhasnagar, Shahapur, Thane, Murbad, Bhiwandi, Ambernath and Kalyan in Thane district. Mumbai also received rain at isolated places.
